The Group Life Conference
The Group Life Conference is a great foundational step in providing
vision and training to those who are building your church's small group
ministry. Each fall nearly 3,000 small group leaders, coaches, community life directors, and ministry point leaders converge on the Willow Creek Campus in South Barrington, Illinois. It's a can't-miss experience – three days of inspiring worship, insightful teaching, and intensive training.

Small Groups Advanced Training
Bring your core team to assess the strengths and weaknesses of your
current small group ministry, clarify ministry objectives, and create a
clear plan of action.
The Willow team will guide working huddles of leaders. Churches that bring 5 or more people will be assigned a personal facilitator to work exclusively with that church throughout the training, examining its unique challenges and objectives. Details and registration here.
